Post Details : Office Of The Principal Cum Chief Superintendent Jorhat Medical College & Hospital, Jorhat, Assam recruitment for the post of Anesthesiology Technician, Artist, Cateloguer, Clerk cum Record Keeper, Laboratory Technician , LDA/ Computer Operator cum Clerk/ DTP Operator , OT Technician, Speech Therapist, Senior Technician (Electrical) As such, applications are invited in Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in part-IX for filling up the following posts of Jorhat Medical College & Hospital, Jorhat .
1. Anaesthesiology Technician, No. of Post : 02 Nos
Qualification : Higher Secondary (Science) with Anaesthesiology Technician Certificate from recognized govt, institute.
2.Artist , No. of Post : 01 No
Qualification : HSLC/ Matriculation with degree/ diploma in Fine Arts from recognized govt, institute with knowledge of Computer Applications of Photoshop and Corel Draw from govt, recognized institute.
3. Cateloguer, No. of Post : 01 No
Qualification: Graduate with degree/ diploma in Library Science from recognized govt, institute with DTP certificate from govt, recognized institute.
4. Clerk cum Record Keeper, No. of Post : 01 No
Qualification : HSSLC or equivalent passed with 1 year recognized Diploma in Computer Application from recognized govt, institute.
5. Laboratory Technician, No. of Post : 01 No
Qualification : Laboratory Technician Certificate Course/ DMLT from any Medical Colleges of Assam/recognized govt, institute.
6. LDA/Computer Operator cum Clerk/DTP Operator, No. of Post : 01 No
Qualification : HSLC or equivalent with Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized govt, institute with DTP certificate from govt, recognised institute.
7. OT Technician , No. of Post : 01 No
Qualification : Higher Secondary (Science) with OT Certificate/ Diploma Course from recognized govt, institute.
8. Speech Therapist , No. of Post : 01 No
Qualification : Degree in Speech Therapy from a State/ Central govt, recognized institute.
9. Senior Technician – Electrical, No. of Post
Qualification: 3 Years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from govt, institutions or ITI trade certificate holder with minimum 3 yeares working experience as Electrician in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Limited Company
Age Limit : Candidates should not be less than 18 (Eighteen) years and not above 38 (Thirty Eight) years as on 01/01/2015. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (Five) years for SC, ST(P) and ST (H) candidates only.
Application Fee : The applications should contain an application fee in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of Society for Medical Education, Jorhat of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only applicable for General category and OBC / MOBC candidates and Rs. 75 (Rupees Seventy Five) only for the SC, ST(P) & ST(H) category candidates.
How to Apply : The Form along with required documents shall have to be deposited in the box kept in the office of the Principal cum Chief Superintendent’ JMCH, Jorhat by 5:00 P.M. of 12th May, 2015′ by hand or by post.
INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATES :
1. Interested candidates shall have to fill up the application form neatly and legibly and submit it with the required documents and photograph (colored) duly self-attested. Please note that incomplete forms shall be summarily rejected’
2. Documents required are : (a) 2 (Two) copy of recent passport size coloured photographs duly self-attested, (b) HSLC admit card or Birth Certificate for age proof, (c) All mark- sheets and pass certificates (d) Caste certificate (where applicable), (e) Permanent Residentship Certificate (f) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, (g) Certificates of training, experience, extra curriculum etc.
Candidates not fulfilling requisite minimum qualifications shall be rejected.
3. The name of post applied for must clearly be marked on TOP of the envelope. Envelops which do not have the ‘name of post applied’ written on the TOP shall not be opened / entertained.
4. The authority may decide to hold written tests for the posts in addition to interview.
5. The date of written test / interview is 24th & 25th May, 2015 (tentative).
6. No individual communications shall be sent to the eligible candidates. Details lists of eligible candidates for each post along with details of interview timings shall be notified in due time and shall be displayed in the College website www.jmch.org.in. The date of uploading in the website shall be published in local newspapers for information of the eligible candidates.
